Omg. I love some Burberry in the fall and I love kids, such a great combo.
Having kids, staying fit, healthy eating and looking good in the latest Burberry skinnies is challenging for a lot of people - especially in Seattle (thanks to the rain). I teach spin and other exercise classes, sweat it out at boxing, make healthy food, work and keep the kids around (cause they will keep you moving).
Keep working hard Seattle moms, and come treat you and the kiddies to some awesome, healthy food at Juicy!

Get your kiddies eating healthy - it’s easy!
I babysit my nieces and nephews - when my sister and brother will allow me. I encourage dance parties, jumping on the bed, screaming, tickle sessions, hide and seek and on and on. What I won’t tolerate… JUNK FOOD! I make the kids blueberry muffin smoothies, gluten free-vegan mac+cheese. My secret weapon is coconut milk pureed with sweet potato and I blend it spinach and broccoli. Instead of cookies we make peanut butter oat balls. Everything I feed the kids is clean and healthy… sans SUGAR! The kids don’t miss it… they enjoy it. You just have to make it fun because to kids… fun is #1!!!

Sweat it out girls! Sweating is sexy. I hate when I hear girls talk about sweat and say things like, “I think sweating is gross,” “Eww sweaty,” “I don’t want to sweat,” blah blah blah.
I teach spin classes and I love to sweat. I make my class work hard and get them to sweat it out. Sweating is a natural part of your body’s ecosystem. You need to get your toxins out, and sweating is one way to do that.

If you walk briskly for 15 minutes you burn around 70 calories (depending on your weight). It doesn’t seem like anything special, but when you track one week of increase in walking you will be astonished on how many more calories you burn per week and the tone in your body.
